we are here to help you get the right thermal solution for your particular application .

## 1. 30-Day Return Window

- Doesn’t fit the space you
- Need it for  etc 
- Items must be completely unused. 
- Items must be unwashed. 
- Original packaging is strictly required.

## 2. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

- Customer is responsible for return shipping .

## 3. The Exchange Bonus (No-Fee for Exchange)

- Swap your item for a different size or model  and only pay the difference in price. 
  And a flat postage fee of  $40 In all states except Hawaii ( ice boxes )  
- We waive all restocking fees for exchanges.  
- Get an extra $15 bonus credit if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

## 4. Non-Returnable Items

- Ice packs that have been frozen or filled with water.

- Ice boxes with visible scratches, dirt, or odor.
